The first step in our recruitment process is understanding what you want in your next hire. We will walk through our process with you to ensure that we are aligned with deadlines and share what we are seeing in the recruiting market. In this stage we will let you have the floor and speak about what an ideal hire looks like for you! We will take our notes from the call and create a list of potential candidates to go after for your team.
Our next step in the recruitment process involves building a list of ideal candidates that matches the profile that was defined in our initial call. Here we look to determine our alignment with your team and get the "OK" to go after these potential candidates. We will usually present around 5-10 candidates in this stage to ensure we are on target.
This is where our team of experts gets to work on finding the best talent to build your team! We will be leveraging our industry knowledge and all recruiting tools at our disposal to connect with prospects that fit your ideal hire. We screen all candidates to understand their level of fit according to our agreed upon criteria and past accomplishments. During these conversations we touch on success and understand what makes them a stand out candidate.
Our team will build a presentation to speak about each candidate we think should be considered for an interview. We will touch base on their successes, why they are looking for a new position, and why your team should consider them for the opportunity! We like to keep this conversation open by answering questions or concerns you might have for each candidate prior to an interview decision.
During this step, we will be coordinating all interviews by scheduling on your behalf. We will be following up with our candidates to book them into your calendar and prep them for their conversation with your team!
